TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Mini sessions must be scheduled on one of the following dates to qualify: July 25, July 26, July 27, or July 28, 2025.

• Offer is valid once per client per session day.

• Clients must attend an in-studio preview session and place their photo order by August 29, 2025 to receive the offer.

• No online viewing gallery will be provided.

• Clients will receive low-resolution social media images with the studio logo only for the photos they choose to order.

• Unselected images will not be provided in any format.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions

• The session fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to any of the Christmas in July session dates.

Model Release-Photography

This is an agreement between Derby Photography and Clients who sign below accepting the model agreement. Derby Photography shall have the right to make copies of any portion of the Photographic Materials/Video for Derby Photography’s portfolio, sample, self-promotion, entry in contests, editorial use, or for viewing of the Photographic Materials by Client and prospective clients at Derby Photography’s studio, and Client agrees that Derby Photography may duplicate and use the Photographic Material for such purpose. No grant of derivatives rights is made with this license, including digital or electronic rights that may involve storing images on the Internet, World Wide Web, or other electronic medium or materials. Title in the copyright and physical entity of all image created or supplied to this agreement remain the sole and exclusive property of the Photographer.
